Individual workout sessions will take place at my personal home gym. I have a fully equipped home gym and experience to get the most out of each session. Sessions can include strength, power, agility, and conditioning.

Workouts are located at

either my personal home

gym or Titan Facility in Beaverton. Each workout is an individual style session. Personal attention is paid to each of

the group members. 

Outdoor workout sessions will be located at a grass or turf field. Session locations will be determined a day in advance. These days will primarily focus on power, speed, and agility. Will include resisted running, explosive jumping, and cutting.

All teams are learning how to win. Winning is about creating an environment that allows you to grow as an individual as well as a team. Our goal is to provide an environment that encourages and provides an opportunity to be their best. Focusing on the intangibles that allow each individual to develop to their highest potential.

Come get the most out of each coach. Each session is based on each individual's wants. We like to offer our perspective on what the athlete needs. Footwork is always the foundation of our sessions. Physical skill development ranges from offense to defensive work. Due to court time, individual sessions may take place indoors and outdoors. 

These group sessions can be small or large (team) sessions. Ideally, for a more personalized approach, we believe a group of 4-10 members is an ideal situation. We believe we can get the best session of personalized attention as well as team development and usage of skills.
